User Selection
Enables you to easily select users to be moved. This can be based on the user's name, department, Mail Server, location, directory group or Hierarchy.
Replica Creation
ServerAdmin Plus automatically creates replicas and updates the ACLs of both old and new mail files.
Move Options
ServerAdmin Plus offers move options that allow you to choose the target server and directory (either in the same Domain or in a different Domain). In addition, you have the option to generate a new person document in the target server directory. ServerAdmin Plus automatically updates Domino Directories with the new Mail Server information and can remove old mail files from the source server in a specified number of days.
End-User Update
This capability sends an email to end-users who must update their clients. Minimal interaction is required by the end user. Through the email, ServerAdmin Plus updates workspace icons, replicator pages, environment variables, and location and connection documents. ServerAdmin Plus can update an end user's local information automatically, either when the emailed is opened or when the end user clicks on a link in the email.
Tracking the Process
Actions taken by end users are tracked centrally, enabling the administrator to identify users who have successfully moved, have taken no action, encountered errors, or deleted the email.

ServerAdmin Plus allowed Surrey Council to perform essential analysis to their Notes infrastructure in preparation for their server consolidation project.
