The ACL Analyzer allows you to audit and change ACL security across your entire Domino environment. By listing all ACLs on all servers, the ACL Analyzer gives you a clear picture of your Domino environment . You can see who has access to your NSFs and NTFs and how they have access, whether through a direct ACL or via a group. You can then easily modify database security with a simple mouse click. The ACL Analyzer offers five pre-built views and enables you to build custom views, allowing you to gain maximum perspective of your environment.

ACL Rules enforce your organization'Äôs security policies and ensure that ACLs are set properly. ACL Rules can be scheduled to run on a regular basis, enforcing policies for entries or groups across specific databases or servers. You can also create ACL 'ÄúEntry'Äù Rules, which let you inherit a specific ACL value across one or many databases. In addition, ACL 'ÄúInheritance'Äù Rules enable multiple, non-replica databases, to inherit an ACL from one Master database - This is perfect for saving time and enforcing ACLs for large groups of databases like Web databases, Domino Doc databases, etc.
ACL Search

ACL Search finds all the NSFs and NTFs that contain a particular ACL entry and enables you to modify mutiple ACL and database properties. The ACL Search also makes it easy to rename and remove users, even if the Administration server is not set or is set incorrectly.
