Support Policy
Axceler takes pride in supporting our customers quickly, enthusiastically, and with as much speed as humanly possible. With each new release of Microsoft SharePoint or IBM Lotus Notes Domino, Axceler aims to support it within 60 days of its gold shipping date. This includes service pack dates. In the event that technical issues are discovered after this time, these issues will be handled the same as product defects and addressed quickly and appropriately.
