Support Policy

We provide immediate support of new releases of IBM Lotus Notes Domino and Microsoft SharePoint at the time of general (Gold) release. It is our experience that the Axceler products will work with each update of IBM Lotus Notes Domino or Microsoft SharePoint without requiring modification. Therefore, as a customer you can be assured that they will be supported with each new release within the following guidelines.

• Axceler supports each update with the current product functionality at the time of general release of the update.
• Support for new features will be added in regularly scheduled releases of the products as deemed necessary.
• Axceler supports new releases beginning at the time of general release, regardless of certification status.
