Entry Level Software Sales

Location: Woburn, MA

Axceler is actively seeking energetic and talented people to join our direct sales force in our Boston-area headquarters. Ideal candidates must be hard-working, motivated, and exhibit a relentless pursuit of success.

Openings are available immediately for entry-level candidates wanting to begin a career in sales, as well as individuals with 1 to 3 years experience. Bachelor's degree is a must. Axceler provides an excellent hands-on training program and a very competitive salary plus commission compensation structure.

Target earning for the first year is $55,000 to $65,000 and is uncapped for those who can push it higher.

As an Account Executive within our direct sales organization, your job responsibilities include:

  • Contact, qualify, and close new and existing accounts for Axceler's products & services.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Axceler's products and services, industry trends, and competition.
  • Develop sales pipeline through proactive calling into identified prospects and customer base across North America.
  • Working with Sales Managers and Technical Engineers to advance opportunities through product demos and technical qualification
