Michael Alden President and CEO
Michael Alden, President and CEO of Axceler, is responsible for the company's vision, strategy, and day to day operations. Prior to Axceler, Mike was President of Percussion Software responsible for all operations of the company. Since joining Percussion in 1997, he held various positions, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations, SVP of Global Sales and Services, and Director of European Sales. Before Percussion Software, Mike held various leadership positions at Stride and Associates and Bond Technologies. Mike holds a BA in business administration from Saint Michael's College. |

Ken Allen Director of Marketing
Ken Allen leads the company's global marketing efforts and is responsible for bringing marketing leadership and communication to the organization. Before joining Axceler in 2006, Ken led the marketing efforts of the managed hosting business of Computer Sciences Corporation, one of the leading global information technology services companies. Prior to CSC, he held senior product marketing roles at leading enterprise software development companies, I-many and Art Technology Group (ATG). Prior to ATG, Ken held senior product and marketing positions at Lotus Development Corporation, now part of IBM. Ken holds a BA from Hamilton College, and an MBA in strategic marketing from University of Southern California. |

Rob Markus Vice President Finance
Rob Markus leads the financial reporting, strategic planning and financial modeling efforts for Axceler. Rob brings over 23 years of financial experience managing financial operations and has extensive experience in public and private offerings, mergers & acquisitions and strategic partnering. Prior to Axceler, Rob led the financial efforts of ClozeX Medical, a startup medical products company now owned by a division of 3M. Rob has also lent his financial skills to such firms as MyWay.com (CMGi operating company), Process Software, Spire Corporation, RISO Inc., and Progress Software. Rob holds a BS in accounting from Bentley College, and an MBA in business administration from Babson College. |

Stan Neumann Director of Engineering
Stan Neumann leads the creation and development of quality software products and documentation that are usable, useful and meet the needs of the people who use them. Stan brings a wealth of experience managing the development of commercial software at companies ranging from tiny start-ups to larger companies such as Wang Laboratories and Digital Equipment Corporation, working on Office and Collaboration applications such as Wang Word Processing, integrated office systems including Wang Office, ALL-IN-1, and TeamLinks, workflow systems, document imaging and document management systems, and electronic commerce fraud detection systems. Stan earned a BS and an MS in Applied Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. |

Gail Shlansky Director of Product Management and Strategy
Gail Shlansky leads the company's global product management and overall strategy for Axceler. Gail brings extensive product experience to the company, having started her career in software development. Gail's experience in product management and product marketing includes working at such leading firms as Bell Labs, Digital Equipment Corporation, Wang, Lotus and IBM. While at Lotus, Gail led the product management efforts of Notes and Domino Messaging, Security, and Administration and Management. At IBM, as Product Manager, Gail led the direction of the product in both the wireless and enterprise search areas. Gail holds a BS in Computer Science from University of Massachusetts and an MS in Computer Science from Northeastern University. |

Mark Scholfield Director of Operations & Services, EMEA
Mark Scholfield brings eighteen years experience in the technical support field to his role as key customer advocate on the management team. Since joining Percussion in 1997 following posts at NatWest Bank, BUPA, BAT, Banque Paribas and the London Stock Exchange, he has made the Company's technical support function his own, building and managing a highly skilled team that focuses on ensuring customers' success across the company's multiple product lines. Scholfield transitioned to his current role from Director of Customer Support in December 2006. |
