Stoneham, Mass. - May 18, 2000 - Axceler® Software announced today that TDK Semiconductor, Tustin, California, has selected Axceler's products and consulting for the development of its extranet. Notrix and PowerFlow, Axceler's Lotus Domino application development tools, along with Axceler's consulting team, will enable TDK Semiconductor to deliver information to its worldwide sales managers, sales representatives, distributors, and internal staff using a secure Website. Through this extranet, TDK Semiconductor will be able to move one step closer to an e-commerce site by providing access to shared information and real-time data such as improved training materials, detailed product information, shipping transactions, customer requests, sales tracking and product pricing modules.

Axceler Consulting will develop new applications in addition to restructuring TDK's current ones. These applications will then be integrated by a common interface that will focus on ease-of-use and personalization. With Axceler's software and consulting services, TDK Semiconductor will have exceptional extranet capabilities that provide customized content to individual users and offer a maintainable solution for its Web team.
