Mail File Analyzer

The Mail File Analyzer locates dead mail files, orphaned mail files, or person documents with no mail files. It also reports on mail file settings such as size, quota, free space, number of attachments, size of attachments, and much more. Based on the analysis, ServerAdmin Plus can send customized mail to warn users of large mail files, set quotas and thresholds, or move mail files to other folders.

Mail File Owner Access Rules enable you to enforce access levels for mail file owners. You can choose which mail files rules to apply and set up an exclusion list. To prevent end-users from deleting their own mail files or from taking the administration group out of the ACL, ServerAdmin Plus enforces owner access to a level like 'ÄúEditor.'Äù
