ServerAdmin Plus V7.0 takes the proactive approach to administration one step further by letting you completely automate your administration for the Lotus Domino environment. Not only are you able to find problems, now you can automatically fix them before it's too late.
Pro Manager
The Pro Manager allows you to define and chain multiple database, ACL and document actions to be performed on a routine basis. The possibilities are endless, but here are a few examples:
- Find all documents where Reader/Author field = Kindra Higginson (old employee) and replace with Chris Thompson (new employee).
- Find all databases that are bigger than 30 MB (Percussion's mail file policy) and automatically compact them.
- Find all year old documents in your Purchase Request Application and archive them.
- Find all databases with conflicts and mark the conflicts for deletion or delete the conflicts.
- Detect a virus by subject line (i.e. I Love You) and delete
- Find all mail files without any owners and delete the mail files.
- Find all dead mail files and delete or archive mail files.
These transactions can be scheduled, include full logging as well as notification. You can now schedule with the Domino Scheduler.
Document Level Actions! You requested it and now it's here.
You will now be able to perform document level actions within ServerAdmin Plus. These new actions include: set field, delete field, run formula, run Agent, copy documents to another database, copy documents to another folder, remove documents from database, remove documents from folder, move documents to database.

NSF Search
Document level searches are now possible in the NSF Search. For example: find all documents that were modified by Nate Johnson (any user) on a particular date.
