Axceler Support Policy
We provide immediate support of new releases of Lotus Notes/Domino at the time of general (Gold) release. It is our experience that the Axceler products will work with each update of Lotus Notes/Domino without requiring modification. Therefore, as a customer you can be assured that they will be supported with each new release of Lotus Notes/Domino within the following guidelines.
- Axceler supports each update of Notes/Domino with the current product functionality at the time of general release of the update.
- Support for new features of Lotus Notes/Domino will be added in regularly scheduled releases of the products as deemed necessary.
- Axceler supports new releases beginning at the time of general release, regardless of certification status.
